The Central Ohio Worker Center is a source of hope rooted in the power of collective advocacy. This past year, we supported over 1,200 individuals through education, empowerment, and advocacy, training more than 1,000 workers on workplace rights and collective bargaining. Many participants have since stepped into roles as volunteers and community leaders.

Policy advocacy remains central to our mission. In partnership with organizations such as Policy Matters Ohio, we helped achieve key victories, including the passage of the Paystub Protection Act and efforts to block harmful child labor laws. Through Know Your Rights trainings and the Wage Theft Summit, we continue to advance meaningful, collaborative change.

Looking ahead, we remain committed to strengthening wage theft enforcement, expanding multilingual Know Your Rights education, and growing our legal clinics. With the continued support of our Board and community, we are building a more equitable, safe, and fear-free Central Ohio for all.
